Implementation of the Lean Management in the warehouse (around 7 people) of my customer: - New design layout - 5S method implementation - Kanban method implementation

Project Ford CD 4.2: - Follow-up the advancement of the manufacturing engineering. Coordination between the different departments from German, US and Chinese teams. - Designing engineering process for manufacturing site. Engineering change request and leading meeting with the specialists. - Implementing manufacturing processes, tools and work plant activities. Lean manufacturing (especially Poka Yoke and Kanban) , PFMEA. - Global costing and prices analysis. Make or buy.

SHTOKMAN FPU project : - Determination of the insulation (thermic, acoustic...) for pipes and equipments of the FPU. - Works on the winterization subject - Contacts with suppliers - Budget proposal PETROBRAS FLNG project : - Quotations for cold insulation GRAN CHACO LNG project : - Technical and economical proposition for insulation - Budget proposal POLSKIE project: - Technical analysis for insulation in the aim to support buyers in their choices between several suppliers
