My role focused on strengthening the end-to-end payments journey, increasing reliability, and unlocking measurable business impact through smarter payment flows. Shortly after joining, the company was acquired by Bending Spoons, and my position was impacted as part of the initial restructuring.

After 6 years, I transitioned into the payments product vertical, where I drove the evolution from a legacy architecture to a modern target architecture enabling scalable payment orchestration and intelligent routing. A key focus was positioning the product as a standalone, market-ready solution. Alongside this, I navigated complex regulatory requirements, working closely with stakeholders to integrate compliance seamlessly into the product without compromising user experience or business objectives.

Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of key products within the payments vertical, working across both frontend and backend systems using technologies such as Angular, NgRx, and .NET. In addition, I designed and implemented a scalable test automation framework to enhance product quality and support efficient delivery across internal platforms. I also play an active role in the hiring process, interviewing and evaluating candidates to help build strong, high-performing teams.

Working on the test automation of the company’s brand new mobile web application for live and pre-match betting with the aim of having a high and reliable test coverage to enable the users clean and safe betting. Apart from testing my role includes training and support of other testers with Robot Framework.
