Development manager of a field re-development in heavy oil brownfield during feasibility and execution phase with a budget 250mn EUR. The execution phase covers drilling activities, hook up of wells, new steam generation systems for the stimulation process, new production gathering system, revamp of air compression system for the in-situ combustion process, new regenerative thermal oxidizers, a new co-generation plant, a new centralized oil processing and produced&potable water treatment plants.

Managing consulting in area of supply chain management, with primer focus on procurement strategy, organizational re-structuring, business transformation, change management, and project management support. The implemented projects covered the insurance, food, and automotive industry. However, the focal area covered projects in the oil/gas industry.
