Electrical Engineer inside Technical Department. Main duties: Designing electrical solutions for increasing the electrical power supply for the buildings that are administered by the Company, forwarding documentation to E.N.E.L. in order to obtain permits for increasing the electrical power supply and to close electrical power supplying contracts, keeping permanent connection to E.N.E.L., designing solutions for updating interior and exterior electrical installations

Project Manager for the execution of low voltage and week currents electrical installations for the new Command and Control Center Building in Bucharest for the Romanian Border Police Department. Main duties: administering the Company's Contract for execution low currents and weak currents electrical installations in the building, keeping the contract in the agreed value, in the agreed schedule, administering the contracts with the subcontractors, keeping the quality documents updated and in perfect order.

Keep in touch with the building services design companies and to make sure that they were producing the documentation according to the specification agreed with the client; to asses the building services design part of the projects that were managed by the Company from the point of view of the agreed standards in use, also I had to check on sites if the design was implemented correctly and the execution was done according to the actual standards in force.

Electrical consultant engineer for construction of a Mall type building in Baneasa- Airport area -close to Bucharest City. I had to check the electrical layouts from the designer against the Romanian standards that were in force and with the agreed design Specification. Survey the works of the General Contractor on site . The building has 90 000 square meters and almost 60 000 sqm for rent area and is designed according to a technical Specification created by a British Company called Chapman - Taylor.

Survey the activity of specialized workers teams on sites; I was responsible that the execution process was done according to the approved designs; I was responsible for the project spendings so the final value should not exceed the approved value; I was responsible for the dead line of the project; I had to supervise the tendering process; I had to supervise the process of making monthly payments situations towards our subcontractors; I had to keep in touch permanently with the investors.

As Head of a team of skilled workers specialized in electrical, automation, heating and plumbing installations I was in charge of coordinating their activity on site; responsible for coordinating execution according with the documentation; ensure the quality of execution; ensure the dead line of the project; ensure safe working conditions for the workers; completion of payment documents towards the investors; staying up-to-date with the most recent standards and regulations in my field of expertize.
