Main responsibilities: - Daily email checks for correspondence from many stakeholders - Preparing regular progress reports for project sponsors - Making daily tasks lists and delegating responsibility - Arranging and leading on regular team meetings - Keeping up to date with any policy and legislation changes - Undertaking site checks to monitor progress - Dealing with matters arising from stakeholders such as environmental and local community issues - Monitoring budget reports

- Plan and implement engineering program, including defining the project philosophy, activities, milestones, and staff requirements as per customer requirements. - Review design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements. - Supervising Projects: including in-house, external contractors and sub-contractors. - Manage project close out and obtain all warranties required for final acceptance. - Arrange work force, plant and equipment

Coordination of the entire execution process to manufacture planned in the objectives, schedule and quality standards of the company. Proper functioning of the company in terms of technical and managerial in accordance with the policies and strategy of its production. Organizing and coordinating the entire process of development and introduction of the best technical and economic solutions for the investments.

Accounted for the smooth running of the works carried out on site, both the structural as well as the finishes. I was in charge for the quality execution of works and finishes on site. Acquisitions building materials and components that we used on site, interior modifications of buildings, measurements and calculation of quantities, and materials. Manage site contractors for different works.

Preparing daily work reports, and monthly statements of work performed. Also the ordering cast concrete for structural items, and others orders for different materials. And last but not least I manage every day a large team of carpenters.
