I manage a team of 7 and collaborate with embedded hardware developers. I provided leadership to the development team, overseeing the design, development, test, and the debugging processes, while also mentoring junior team members and screening, hiring, and training technical personnel. My expertise includes a range of programming languages such as C, C++, Qt Core, Qt Widgets, and Python. I worked with operating systems like Yocto Project/Poky and Linux running on ARM hardware platforms.

In this role I have held multiple positions, including Team Leader, Developer, Product Owner, and Project Manager. My primary responsibilities included managing a team of 11, designing software solutions for identified problems, and leading the local development team to develop solutions. Additionally, I led the engineering item master data team, which handled a collection of approximately 100,000 purchased items, and I supervised the Infor LN ERP local administrator providing support for 60 ERP users.

As a Logistics Manager, I was responsible for managing a range of operations related to logistics and supply chain management. During my time in this role, I successfully designed, implemented, and controlled an internal Warehouse Management System using Infor LN ERP, which effectively managed inventory valued at approximately €1.5 million. As part of my role, I screened and trained new personnel to join the logistics team and developed processes that were compliant with the ISO 9001:2008 standards.

The company was a newborn on the Romanian market. During my 6 months time my mission was: to build a visual identity for the products, to maintain the management of the Sales Representatives (track customer visits, follow-up expenditures) to keep a close communication with the established Sales Channels beauty salons national chains of Pharmacies to organize the participation of the company at exhibitions to select and invite potential business partners to identify professionals ( cosmeticians )
