The thesis focuses on a multi-sensor fusion system integrating three IMUs, two high-precision GPS units (1 cm accuracy), and a LiDAR sensor (2 cm accuracy, 100 m range). The IMU data rate was increased from 35 Hz to 100 Hz to enhance temporal resolution. A ROS2-based modular platform was developed to enable flexible sensor data fusion. The result is improved overall sensor accuracy, leading to more reliable altitude estimation.
