• Planning, provision, and ensuring the timely loading and unloading as well as handover to the crew for Emirates Flights • Receipt, processing, and forwarding of all relevant information and documents • Coordination of contributions from various departments • Coordination and supervision of drivers/co-drivers during loading • Documentation of irregularities such as accidents, delays, etc. • Ensuring compliance with hygiene, labor, and safety regulations

• Load/Unload Cargo Aircrafts mainly during night shift, so that the shipments arrive on time to company’s customers worldwide. • Responsible for the safe transportation of ULD´s, (Unit Load Devices), to the Apron and to the assigned Aircraft. • Undertaken Exams for Senior Supervisor: 1. Dangerous Goods Cat.10 2. Advanced Build Up Training, (Cargo) 3. Airside Supervision

• Virtual Handling of Flights for the Inbound and Outbound Process in the Amazon Systems • Load Planning of B737-400 • Communication with all involved Departments and Stakeholders • Creation of all Cargo Documents • Communication with other Stations in Network • Training of New Hires • Unit Load Device Management • Produce Loading Instructions and Load-sheet. • Check Fuel Load and Distribution. • Calculate expected Traffic Load. • Responsible for a Team of 5-10 Employees

• Responsible for the accuracy of information provided to Amazon Air Carriers regarding Aircraft Loading • Ensure the safe Load of each A/C within operational limits, considering both the Weight and Center of Gravity Parameters • Unit Load Device Management / Repair Mgmt. • Perform a pre-calculation of the A/C Weight & Balance to ensure that the A/C Operational Limits are not exceeded • Produce Loading Instructions and Load-sheet • Check Fuel Load and Distribution • Calculate expected Traffic Load

• Perform Foreign Object Damage Check prior arrival and after departure • Carry out a Visually Detectable Damage Check, (Walk Around Check), after Aircraft arrival, prior loading operations and before Aircraft departure • Perform a crosscheck to ensure flyable condition of ULD´s, gross weight of ULD´s, correct ULD Label Information • Handling of Special Load • Ensure Operations are performed always under Safety, Security and Punctuality, so that any risk is minimized

• Stock Control / Abas Logistic Program • Receive / Record / Unload and store Incoming Steel Wire • Distribution of Wire

• Conduct Monthly Safety Ops Meetings • Ensure Staffing levels meet operational requirements and make adjustments accordingly • Monitor impact of Operational Irregularities / setup action plan • Conduct weekly meetings with Ramp Supervisors, daily briefings with GSE Technicians for equipment updates • Ensure compliance is retained on the highest standards regarding Policies and Regulations of Airlines, Civil Aviation Authorities, IATA/ICAO • Responsible for managing and leading a Team of 150-200 Employees

• Daily Flight editing, (i.e. Special Services, Meals, AVIH, Pre-Seating etc.), Flight Supervision • Ensure Staffing levels meet operation requirements and make adjustments accordingly • Handling of Special Load, (AVIH, PETC, LHO etc.) • Comply with Safety and Security Regulations according to IATA & ICAO Standards, Airline Policies, Civil Aviation Authority Policies and Regulations • Attend weekly Team Meetings and discuss Operation issues • Responsible for managing a Team of 20-30 employees

• Welcome Passengers at Check-in Area • Check Travel Documents • Issue Boarding Passes and Baggage Tags accordingly • Handling Fee Calculation, (if applicable) • Flight preparation at the Gate, Boarding process and Flight Closure with Documentation
