A Welfare-to-Work Charity, partnering with Jobcentre Plus and DWP to help the long-term unemployed, who may have significant barriers to work, get back into employment. Responsible for interviewing all new Clients and identifying suitable opportunties on their behalf. Identifying suitable Clients based on the requirements of local employers managed by the Employer Services team in CDG and that of employers in Local Employer Partnerships with Jobcentre Plus.

Responsible for identifying Business Improvement and Operational Excellence professionals, globally. The first point of contact for professionals interested in hearing about new opportunities in this area and wanting to keep abreast of the market.
