Black Stag is a Sales and Marketing Company based in Bristol. I was accountable for fulfilling daily targets/KPI's and organising teams and training. I worked closely with the Managing Director and fellow Team Leaders. I joined with little experience of field sales and so initially had many challenges. I quickly became a Team Leader within my first month and started developing my own team. As a direct result of my hard work I raised over £115,000 for the companies charitable partners.
