I provide consultation and services to address development needs by establishing strong partnerships with business leaders to gain a strong understanding of current business. I help build skills within the company, enabling employees at all levels to become effective leaders and enhancing a collaborative learning culture.

Leading the L&D function while acting as single-point-of-contact for all SMEs’ learning-related questions and as an advisor to leadership and talent managers on the most appropriate learning solutions. Additionally, responsible for the LMS platform’s ensuring content, processes and administration being maintained, including assessing, developing, and implementing further e-learning content for upskilling and reskilling purposes.

Defining the scope of projects and creating workplans, schedules, and budgets to effectively execute activities, including designing new journeys based on research conducted with clients. Additionally, collaborating and consulting with key stakeholders on the implementation of learning and development initiatives, including employee skill development, diversity and inclusion initiatives, leadership training, and career coaching.

Being responsible for two properties, overseeing training programs, workshops, and other activities that help the organization’s employees grow professionally. Additionally, being part of the opening team, working with senior leadership to develop a long-term strategy for L&D initiatives within the company.
