Digitalized the warehousing and sorting processes. Designed a responsive web app, Smart Sorting, that collects production data at 5 different user levels in 4 different work phases. Designed the information architecture and user flows, cooperated with the developers, performed user testing, designed the statistics system and trained the employees. Sped up documentation processes and gained a clearer picture of production defects and fraud. Strengthened quality management. Reduced inventory mistakes by 80%.

Evaluated student satisfaction by conducting quantitative user research. As a result, gained insight into the strengths and weaknesses of the teaching methodology, teacher-student communication, and school facilities and services. Assured more reliable student management by introducing a new student filing system and a recruitment management tool. It ensured better communication between different departments and more transparent problem handling in student affairs.

Coordinated an international project to support people to have successful mobility experiences in their new cultural environment. Ensured that the objectives of the project were internalized and the phases of the project were interpreted and implemented successfully by all partners. Led the teams in meeting deadlines and requirements, solving problems, and adapting to changing circumstances. The competence-development-based online guidance methodology was incorporated into partners’ practices.
