Lead an organization of nearly 100 highly motivated, skilled and agile employees in different locations (Austria, Germany, India) • Restructuring of main database • Refactoring from monolithic design to micro services • Successful insourcing of IT Operations • Establish Software Development Lifecycle Process (from the idea to the delivery) • ... to ensure easier maintenance, higher performance/scalability, deployment and testability

Support the Head of Development in the areas of - SDLC processes and deliveries - Introduction of agile software delivery (Srum, Kanban, …) - General activities like onboarding, Continuous Improvement Process - Implementation of a Delivery Management Process - Requirements Engineering - Planning, control, implementation and rollout of daily business and project requests

Establishment of a QA department with focus on - Functional and non functional testing - Multiproject Test Environment Management - Test Case Management - Test Automatisation - Risk based Testing - Test driven Development

Leitung mehrerer Teams in den Bereichen - Qualitätsmanagement (Quality dashboard, KVP, ...) - Qualitätssicherung (Test Management, Defect Management) - Testautomatisierung - Prozessmanagement und Tools für zB PPM, Releasemanagement, Asset Management und Incident Management - Build und Deployment Management - Performance Engineering

- Aufbau und Leitung eines Quality Management Teams mit Fokus auf mittel- und langfristigen Verbesserungen (Qualität, Zeit und Aufwand) in den Bereichen Entwicklung, Qualitätssicherung, Software Deployment und Requirement Engineering (Prozess- und Produkt bezogen) - Aufbau einer zentralen Stelle für den Bereich Qualitätssicherung (Prozesse, Integrationen, Defect Management, Test Management, Test Dokumentation, …) - Bereitstellung eines state of the art Testautomatisierungsframeworks

- Leitung eines multikulturellen Testteams (>70 Test Engineers) in 5 Ländern - Bereitstellung eines state of the art Testautomatisierungsframeworks - Implementation unterschiedlicher Projekte (risikobasiertes Testen, test driven development, agile Softwareentwicklung basierend auf SCRUM, Testautomatisierung, quality gates, test environment handling)
