Leading the DUS project (Diesel of Ultimate Rescue) for 10 nuclear power plants of EDF, construction of 72 air-cooled heat exchangers. -Project management lead: planning, budget, purchasing, quality, logistics. -Responsible for the project P&L. -Construction activities coordination and follow-up. -Clients relationships, management of other Stakeholders: subcontractors and internal suppliers.

Worked on the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) project of 6 Replicated offshore platforms for PETROBRAS – Pre-Salt Project. -Managed the contractual and technical interfaces between the 15 Contractors of PETROBRAS. -Building and implementation of the overall project interface management plan. -Scope of work definition of each EPC Contractor at interface battery limits for each project discipline

Worked on basic and detailed engineering of subsea and topsides developments for major Operators such as TOTAL or EXXON-MOBIL. - Supervision and technical coordination of project multidisciplinary work units. - Progress monitoring, scheduling and reporting to Client. -D evelopment of technical project documents such as commissioning & start-up procedures, specifications of subsea equipment, optimization studies. - Preparation of the contractual scope of work for the next project’s phase tendering.
