Sunoil Biodiesel is a producer of biodiesel based on used cooking oil. In addition it is active in the trade of biodiesels and its feedstock. Sunoil Biodiesel finds itself in a volatile and dynamic market which is strongly influenced by unpredictable political processes worldwide. I mapped out the biodiesel markets around the world and made plans with the general manager on how to enter new markets.

Founder of the company. Responsible for the day to day operations. Damilko focuses on the development and sales of powdered instant drinks (mostly dairy related) in consumer packaging (e.g. tins and sachets). Target markets are developing countries (mostly Africa and Middle-East).

Consulting and training in the field of Business Process Management and Enterprise Architecture in various sectors.

The main goal of the research was to lower stock levels in terms of capital employed, taking into account the complex logistical system as a whole and the multi-actor setting. The research concluded a potential millions euro cost saving in the field of material management, basically by improving business processes and its alignment with the ERP system at hand (SAP MM).

Graduation project researching the possibilities of heat resistance welding of High Performance Fibre Reinforced Thermoplastic Composites by using electrical power. This technology could be applied for binding different Thermoplastic Airplaine parts.
