I am responsible for concpets, development, certification in markets till production of Iinsulin Pens and other diabetes Products.

Working in hardware and software R&D group developing smart savety devices for grid control. Working with ABB R&D centers and production sites in Sweden and Finland and external suppliers in Asia and Europe. Highly involved in document control and release process to production (Serena, SAP, TFS and PDM vault).

Responsible for development and industrialization of In home beverage delivery Systems

I was responsible for the definition and the implementation of the production and failure analysis process. I have been managing our main supplier for Quality, Yield and Output. I spend more than half the time in Asia (Thailand, Japan and China) with suppliers and customers working on improvements on process, product and schedule. One of many tasks was the implementation of realtime, online reporting what included yield, top failures and also statical data analysis.

I was in charge of building up a Test Development Team in China, work with local suppliers, train the team, define standards and work close with the customer on agreements for production test solutions. Furthermore I leaded the production test team with about 30 people. This team included technicians, assistant engineers up to senior engineers whereby the responsibilities of the team range from simple analysis of assembly failures till deep analysis and troubleshoot of design failure to test system issues.
