• Manage Amazon Logistics EU DSP Rental Fleet planning, integration & execution in order to support Amazon Fleet expansion and success of our Delivery Service Providers (DSP) • Drive continuous improvements for EU Rental program across multiple internal & external stakeholders

Drive large-scale cross-functional projects and innovation in EU delivery network•Develop and execute EU Expansion strategies to support customer experience enhancements, delivery performance improvements, cost reductions and EU Retail Programs for Amazon customers worldwide•Define and partner on long-term product roadmaps for alternative delivery solutions and deliver continuous improvement projects•Measure and analyze existing features to identify and vision opportunities to improve customer experience

Manage largest carrier from warehouse to customer in Amazon MEU network (Germany, Poland, Austria, Czech Republic)•Manage delivery performance, customer experience and cost of multiple Parcel and Express Carriers in MEU•Drive network optimization and strategic development for key Carrier in MEU•Integrate new Carrier into Amazon transportation network
