Temporary Operations Manager: reporting directly to the general manager I'm in charge of plant operations activities, from shop floor and lines management to purchasing, from production and material planning to logistics, from quality assurance to safety maintenance. Main targets are Production Efficiency improvement, staff coaching and mentoring and costs reduction. I'm also responsible for budget issuing and controlling and for P&L targets achievement of the production plant.

Manage and direct plant operations (350 people), including Finance, EHS, Quality, HR, Production, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Sales, Quality, Engineering and IT; responsible for achieving the main goals of improving KPIs, increasing the company profitability and supporting the professional growth and motivation of the Indian team. Manage the financial performance of the business to achieve targeted EBT.
