Experience ranges from global leadership roles through local production plants' responsibility, covering pretty much all finance areas: controlling, accounting, reporting, financial modelling, audit, treasury, operational support, etc.

Global consolidation of the Emissions Systems Business Unit. Merged 3 Business Units into one after acquisition of the Wahler company. Drove all global reporting, forecasting and budgeting processes, including monthly reporting of results for the Business Unit. Controller of R&D and Global Functions Reporting Units. Integration support of newly acquired Wahler company which transitioned into new appointment as Product Line Controller.

P&L responsibility of equipment and service product lines of GE Healthcare IT (HCIT), including manufacturing and distribution of software and project implementation. Responsibilites included monthly reporting, forecasting, yearly budgeting, project and R&D controlling and partnering operations to continuously improve profitability. Job started in Paris, France and relocated to the Ulm area to take control of the manufacturing and R&D facility.

GE's finance leadership program: 1. Process improvement (France): implementation of Oracle modules & simplification leader 2. Balance Sheet analyst (UK): SOx leader, consolidation and reporting of EMEA's Balance Sheet 3. Balance Sheet analyst (Germany): Internal audit support, consolidation and reporting of EMEA's Balance Sheet 4. Commercial Controller (USA): monthly reporting of America's performance from orders and sales down to operating margins, including forecasting and budgeting process.
