Junior Pega Business Architect (BA) or Requirements Engineering at Deutsche Telekom Service Europe AG. Giang worked in a team with software developers to help them understand the business requirements for the system they are developing. In order to do that, BAs create User Stories from the Flow Chart receiving from business side and give them to developers. After the software developers finish the tasks, Giang as a BA will test the function in QA and UAT environment before presenting those to business side.

Giang worked in the cashier and service support during Christmas and Easter for 2 years. Working with customers, controlling the goods, packages and money, Giang is good at managing multitasking in the store.

Giang monitored the actual recording for the delivery portfolio and templates for projects. Besides, she also prepared and created a concept for the new website of an intern project. I get to know the Sharepoints, MS Teams and SAP systems.
