Achieve ISO13485 system for medical product in the HC department. Budget and execute the clean room expansion from 2,000 to 6,000 sqm 30% workshop space reduction through a factory layout revision. Implement lean and CI processes that ultimately resulted in a 20% workforce reduction and additional savings.
