 Manage the Service & application department of Equipment Division in Care Group Sight Solutions LLP, who is the dealer for several ophthalmic equipment like Schwind eye‐tech‐solutions, Ziemer, Dualaser, Optovue, ARC Lasers, MMD etc.,  Eighteen engineers report to me offering national level 24x7 service and application support on critical Ophthalmology surgical and diagnostic equipment.

 Develop the biomedical division into a full‐fledged independent business unit within Aeradio Technical Services, Bahrain.  Manage Biomedical and Radio Communication Service Contracts with major clients  Sales , Marketing and service of various Biomedical Equipment o SIRONA Dental Systems, Germany o Schwind eye‐tech‐solutions, Germany o Laserscope, USA o Kodak Dental Systems & Kodak Health Imaging, USA o TRUMPF, Germany

 Implementing Preventive & corrective Maintenance on all biomedical equipment covered by the service contract in Awali Hospital, Bahrain.  Giving round the clock service back‐up  Application training for medical staff in the Hospital  Drawing out tender specifications for biomedical equipment.  Advising Hospital Equipment Committee on purchase of new equipment.  Supervising major projects of installation and commissioning of biomedical equipment.

 Performing Preventive & corrective Maintenance on all Radio Communication equipment covered by the service contract of the Oil Refinery
