Small size electric city vehicle concept: AUTOMOTIVE using CATIA V5 -Interior plastic parts engineering study (door panels, central console) -Concept study to use existing car parts and adapt them on this vehicle (low cost issue)

- Create and develop a Design Engineering Department (CATIA) in Qingdao factory - Participation to product quotation - Responsible for the 3D design tool (Catia V5) and projects related - Responsible for the quality system (creation and implementation) within the design department - Daily management of the design team, organization, motivation, training - Develop design activity for SMC process part engineering - Link between the head quarter in France and the factory in Qingdao (China)

Design of the rudder - private jet LEGACY 450-500: -Concept sections -Digitalization in order to validate all concepts with Embraer during monthly virtual vizualisation meeting -Create the Interface Control Drawings (ICD) -Refine the design and modify all composite parts (weight saving) for the Premilinary Design Review (PDR).

BTConcept3D is an association of freelance experts (mainly automotive industry). We offer our services with high competences for various Tear 1 Automotive suppliers and car makers in Europe and Asia. After I've joined this association, having many years experience in China, I was told to develop the business for the growing Chinese market. Then, in parallel, I'm working on projects for various engineering work. So the next missions in this profile have been done via this organisation

- Help to open the subsidiary in Shanghai - Run project managing local teams on automotive projects (mainly for the local market): Packaging, feasibility, design support, engineering, until production (team of around 10 engineers) - Exhibitions (Auto Show Shanghai 2005-2007) and conferences contribution. - Build a global Chinese car market database. - Hybrid bicycles (muscle/electric power) with aerodynamic plastic cover, using a complete car engineering process.

Passat GT (Lingyu): Study of full option complete rear seat with a DVD player integrated in the armrest and a DVD/CD box integrated in the seat. Responsible of the project management, concepts study and digitalization, as well as the coordination between the customer (I was working on site) and the suppliers until the SOP. Santana 3000: Digitalization of various plastic interior parts: door panel and pillars, follow up of the project with the tool supplier (25% on Johnson Control’s site - mould maker)

Have designed mainly interior and exterior plastic automotive parts (including participate to the complete study of the BMW Z4 Dashboard) for French car makers and european Tear 1 suppliers. I was under the responsability of the Project Leader and learn most of my professional knowledge.
