In charge of building operations for the facility ensuring that all areas of the building and staffing are running correctly. Plant Room maintenance, cashing up, building security, training and customer care were key elements to the role.

Started as a Recreation Officer and was promoted after a year to Senior Recreation Officer in charge of three team members. In my last 6 months I was a Duty Manager, before transferring to a new site at Tadley.
