• Led the Electronic and Electrical Development team globally across all product categories (Washing, Cooking, Refrigeration, Dishwashers, Induction hob, Dryers, and Connectivity). • Provided full leadership for team resources and department budget, overseeing Electronics and Electrical components development globally. • Defined and executed the group Electronics and Connectivity strategy for each product category, with a focus on Washers and Dryers. • Led the Electromechanical development.

• Served as Senior Manager and Electronics Global Execution Leader, overseeing Electronics projects for all Food Preparation Products (Electric Hob, Induction cooktop, and Oven) globally. • Defined and executed Electronics controls roadmap for the category with support from a globally distributed team. • Led major programs including Induction Hob Low-Cost Control, new Global Appliance manager, and the Built-in platform for North American Oven.

• Functioned as a Hardware Engineer specializing in digital servo-drives, with primary accountability for Hardware Development from specification definition to PCBA debugging and production starts for new Servo drives and single axis controls used in Automated machines. • Developed motor controls for DC, brushless, and closed-loop induction motors, ranging from 1 to 90 KW.

• Worked as a Quality Engineer in the Quality Assurance department for electrical test and qualification/homologation of aeronautic/Aerospace military equipment.
