Monitoring operations from both cost and timing perspectives, through: - Budget and forecast analysis; - Cost control through investigative procedures to detect variance of actual costs from budgeted costs; - Planning, controlling and reporting production process of customers’ orders; - Verifying potential interdependencies with other projects and their impact; - Periodic written report for the sales director and CFO, particularly focused on the projects financial impact, KPIs and cash flows;

Preparation of general ledger and financial statements; Bookkeeping of purchases, sales, receipts, payments, and payrolls; Ending year adjusting entries; Balance Sheet Reconciliation in compliance with Company’s procedures and Italian GAAP and IAS/IFRS; Balance Sheet and Financial analysis; Cash flows forecasting through cross-checking data from projects budget and forecast; Overheads analysis and control for timely financial information to support CFO’S decisions;
