I'm in charge of supporting the HR processes: management of the recruitment and selection process worldwide (advertisement, recruitment, evaluation), employer branding (participation at the HR Forum, Campus Mentis, Luiss Career Day, JobAdvisor Career Day) training, retention (tutor project and people development), Agreement with the Universities, organization to communication. Moreover I'm in charge of Special HR Projects such as Funded Training with For.Te., Social Media
