I build pipelines of top-tier candidates for a range of specialized engineering roles, including power supply, UPS systems, semiconductors, electric vehicles (EV), renewables, software, and IT. I have successfully placed candidates across various levels —from junior to senior roles and from Manager to Director levels—for clients in the EU, US, and UK.

My primary focus is generating leads within the SaaS and software industry, targeting business brokers, investment banks, corporate finance teams, and marketplaces to identify acquisition opportunities. I also contribute to various projects and support the team across multiple areas.

I began my career as a Data Analyst, where my main responsibility was lead generation, with a focus on executive search. After two years, I was promoted to QA Analyst, taking on quality assurance tasks to ensure data accuracy. I then advanced to the role of Junior Managing Consultant, where I led a team and reported directly to the senior manager.

I landed my first freelance role at a software company, where I developed queries and voice commands for an AI system similar to Siri, Alexa, or Google Assistant. My main focus was identifying and generating key variables and information essential for the AI to effectively respond to user requests.
