Administration and technical support, open relationships with new providers from USA and China and customers from Mexico.

Help customers, internal and external with their power application problems, designs and solutions. Testing, measuring and characterization of Power mos transistors, SiC diodes and IGBTs, design of testing jigs and devices for this scope. Applications design based on power mos like SMPS (mainly resonant), I have written a resonant power supply application note of my own design; other applications fields include power switching (SMPS, PFC, Automotive), etc.

Design test programs and programming automatic testing machines (Theradyne and TMT) mainly with a superset of C programming language; characterization and statistical analysis for production monitoring and yield improvement both on wafer level and finished product. Also, design of test jigs and minor help for the applications lab.

Customer based product engineering with extensive and direct support to marketing, sales and applications groups. Evaluate and decide along designers, technical marketing, production planners and others the new PMOS transistors product lines (LV, from 15V to 150V BVDss) according to market and customers needs. This work involved the tight coordination with production (diffusion, front end; assembling, back end; reliability, applications and customer service groups), marketing, sales and other groups.

One man company offering repairing, maintenance, redesign and updating for production machinery of many production industries such as plastic containers fabrication, beverages production, fabric and clothes production, TV (entertainment) industry.

This period includes several of my own service shops for consumer electronics such as audio and video equipment, vintage electronics with vacuum tubes, etc.

Microprocessors and Robotics specialization. The years in the university include a pause of five years.
