- Worked as a R&D chief, supervising 5 team members, - Formulated recipes for all sort of water-based dispersion polymers for coating&construction using just for Betek’s own products; paper, packing, wood, carpet and textile industries, - Created new R&D projects, literature research, prepared reports and ensured the sustainabilityof works, - Performance improvement and reducing total cost of products, - Performed instrumental analysis and performance testes of countertype products

- Prepared paints&coatings for under developing dispersion polymers and performed their performance tests, - Implementation and evaluation weathering project for water-based coating systems, - Analyzed the countertype polymers and coating systems, - Prepared technical reports for customers
