- Responsible of TQM (Terminal Quality Management), ISO 9001, quality systems, supplier improvements, and process improvements. - Organizing and performing necessary internal and external audit plans. - Ensuring and reviewing the production processes of the payment systems devices. - Reviewing the development processes of payment systems devices. - Establishing the method for analyzing the field problems - Ensuring the sustainability of products

-Ensured OEM, ODM and SKD products are produced in Turkey satisfying the global technical requirements. -Supported new product development in terms of quality issues, continuous improvements, and cost reduction by integrating quality tools in the process. - Provided compliance of products with all local requirements, norms, standard tests (LVD, EMC, CB etc.) and regulations. - Management of APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and Robust Design Analysis process.

-Quality assurance and weekly confirmation of the new variant release for the start of production. -Tested current products and identified deficiencies of software reliability and electronic modules on the appliances. -Analyzed, reported and followed up the actions for Q-KPI’s (WFR, scrap, rework and FPY). -Got involved in the new projects, software & user manual tests. Integrated 2 new processes (laser marking, inkjet printing) and was part of 8 different projects.

-Led the weekly inventory control by checking minimum spare part counts, coordinated the orders with GE Jenbacher. Additionally, followed up spare part transactions from the manufacturer warehouse orders to customs clearance. -Calculated the invoice amount for service contracts according the payment options, forecasted the routine maintenance for the gas engines using actual operating hours and ordered the maintenance spare parts.
