As part of the IT Operations Transformation & Communications, I am responsible for the management of technology training programs for employees, and communications within IT and to all employees. Contributing to a large number of projects, my focus lies on enhancing the employee experience of IT, and raising awareness of digital transformation and emerging technologies. I also work in Adoption and Change workstream and lead training, communication activities of our global modern workplace project.

Assistant Vice President, Employee Experience, Talent Management
This role aims to enhancing Employee Experience along the HR value chain as well as to shaping continuous innovation and digitalization in HR. My main responsibilities are leading the Global Development Program, Onboarding, Career Development Conferences and Personal Development Plans. As part of a talent rotation program in August 2016, I had the opportunity to work at AGCS HR Team in Singapore to review and implement an onboarding program to enhance new joiner experience at Allianz Singapore.
This role included coordinating various L&D initiatives for different functions, managing the implementation of Leadership Development Programs, global coordination of the Employee Engagement Survey, design and delivery of the company language strategy as well as a new hire onboarding and global talent program. I managed the marketing and communication activities for the L&D function in establishment of the talent portals, Learning Management System and employee development workshops.
