Oversaw the complete network operations (IT, OSS, Core, RAN) including incident management 24/7. Securing 3 years’ extension of the Managed Services contract for Ericsson Pakistan worth 3 MUSD.
Head of Managed Services Primary Centre APAC. Build/start up and spearheaded the new MS set up for region. Aquisition and deployment of senior Managed Services managers to contracts in the region.
Spearheaded the complete program service delivery of the first commercial 3G network (IT, Core, RAN) in Malaysia for Maxis Telecom. Project Managed the complete swap-out of the complete Maxis 2G network from Motorola to Ericsson.
Totally responsible of the complete program/project service delivery contract towards STC SA worth 5BSEK. Spearheaded the complete mobile network swap-out of the Riyadh and North/South regions. Start-up and established the local Project Management Office (PMO) in Jeddah. Project Managed the complete swap-out of the mobile network in the Jeddah region on record breaking time.
