Responsible for the Ontairo operations including several division with a staff of 168 people on staff in Mississauga. Over saw a sales force and day to day administration of staff and a multi-million dollar book of business the increased 1000% during my tenure there. Responsible for liason operations with National Account offices head quartered in Ontario such as Sobey's Food, Transamerica Finance, GE Capital Finance, Rental Dealers Association of Canada/Ontario, Retail Merchants Association of Canada.

I started out as a Sales Representative in 1975 and was promoted to District Sales manager within 10 months eventually becoming the Ontario Regional Manager within a few more years. My sales team lead the U.S. and Canadian divisions in new business production until the Canadian Division was sold in 1996 to Fairfax Financial. I eventually left Federated as they seemed to prefer to promote Western Canadians into Ontario as V.P.
