After being promoted to the senior position, I lead and coached a team of junior account managers, traveled internationally to further develop key accounts, and continued to grow my department. I selected and implemented our tools for monitoring inventory quality, and regularly exceeded revenue goals.

In this role I grew our network advertising department by more than 500%, optimized our business processes for intake of new accounts, standardized our method of monthly P&L reporting and managed more than twenty accounts.

As the Head of Operations, I handled all operations, purchasing, inventory management and logistics. I worked across teams and departments to manage projects, consult with commercial clients and provide technical and customer support. I represented the company at national conferences, managed key accounts, updated monthly P&L reports and oversaw collections.
