New building development with 23,000 m² to consolidate and relocate 1,000 employees and the company infrastructure (e.g. data center, restaurant), including the professional leadership of 70 project employees while managing all activities to achieve budget, timeline and quality goals and mitigating project risks.

Facility Management (personnel management for technical, infrastructural and commercial areas) and project execution, including opening and relocation of the Bologna, Amsterdam, Washington, London, Shanghai and Beijing regional offices.
