Creation of Hyperion Intelligence (Brio) requests to fill in reports (for corporate and internal customers : direction and sales). Creation of budget models. Comparison and analysis of the differences between budget and actuals. Refinancing (creation of models to estimate the financial needs and effective refinancing).

In a team of 14. Creation and production of monthly and quarterly reports to the direction of the subsidiary as well as to the Group BNP Paribas. Follow up of the activity of branches in various countries (of which Germany and UK). Consolidation. Developement of models to ease the budget process. Developement of macros to use Essbase more efficiently. Single point of contact of IT for all Essbase related projects and problems.
