Strategies regarding private prosecution of offenders related exclusively to white-collar crimes and environmental offences • Legal advice during the development of the cases, initial strategy and analysis of the strength of the evidence • Preparation and submission of evidential case of criminal activity during the pre-trial investigation phase • Providing legal advice and support during the trial phase • Dealing with authorities in extradition processes
