Led teams of consultants, overseeing project timelines, resource allocation, and milestone delivery using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Led and contributed to all phases of implementation projects, from design to go-live and support, across multiple industries, covering key SAP Supply Chain modules including MM, SD, LO, LE and SRM. Performed system configuration, data migration, testing, and system integration, organized user training sessions.

Oversaw all functional aspects of the project lifecycle, including business process analysis, solution design, and documentation. Conducted GAP analysis and gathered business requirements. Configured and defined application setups across relevant Oracle ERP modules.

Defined and implemented import processes and procedures, managed the flow of all inbound shipments from vendor destination to the receiving dock. Prepared required documents for customs clearance. Managed communications with overseas suppliers, planned and supervised daily shipping all over country. Key team member for SAP implementation (Supply Chain Processes).
