• Responsible for all Purchasing areas in the plant of Huf Polska (Tychy) • Supplier Quality Development • Incoming Inspection managing • Purchasing procedures implementation • Purchasing processes optimization • Re-Sourcing from one location to another • Local team managing [12-16 team members]

• Sourcing of production parts for new projects • Responsibility for production parts in Series and Aftersales • Purchasing procedures implementation • Re-Sourcing process coordination • Supplier evaluation and development • Supplier Audits acc. to VDA 6.3
