• Leading Projects as SPOC from CDMM for Localization of running & new models and export to JAPAN • Regular follow up & visit at supplier end to review and ensure project TimeLine, Quality and Productivity. • Developed component for New projects/running projects- LE4 Rice transplanter, Combine, M-Star Tractor & Delivery for new projects

*New Supplier’s Search & Selection (Sheet Metal Supplier’s). *Development of various sheet metal parts at New/Existing Supplier’s. *Finalization of Pricing, Raw Material Planning, Capacity, Quantity, Development Schedule with Supplier’s. *Documentation Preparation and Approval from Internal Management Team (MCP, KAKOTORA, PAC-V, GENTEKI, QAV AUDIT’S, BUSINESS PLAN etc). *Projects: Honda BRV,Honda WRV,Jazz New, City New, Honda Amaze, Honda Brio, Jazz Old.

*Looking after Supplier Quality Function and responsible for Supplier Parts Quality Issues, Inhouse Quality Issues. *Commodities Handling: Sheet Metal, Plastics, Sintered, Rubber. *Knowledge of all development Phases APQP, PPAP *Looking after Implementation & documentation of PPAP of child components. *Supporting PC&L (Production Control & logistics) for Delivery Issues with Supplier
