• Optimization and preparation of training materials • Planning, implementation and coordination of virtual and face-to face-trainings • Conduct train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts • Certification: “Training and Facilitation Techniques for Instructors”

• Processing of surgical specimens, biopsies and frozen sections from all medical fields • Technical management and responsibility of laboratory equipment, general laboratory work • Ensuring quality standard and process optimization

• Determination of the needs and potential of existing and potential customers • Sales of reagents and services to existing and potential customers • Optimize and ensure customer satisfaction with Customer Engagement Team
