I have worked with a truly diverse set of people & have delivered successful outcomes to clients worldwide.

I joined Adatis to establish & lead the Business Consulting practice, to provide advisory services to our customers. I am responsible for defining, designing, & leading the delivery of propositions for data strategy, data governance, and business change enablement I am evolving these propositions to customer needs and market demands, enabling the sales team to sell them by providing sales playbooks, proposal content, and case studies. In addition, I am building the team to deliver these engagements.

I am a mentor at Growthmentor, a curated platform of invite-only startup and growth marketing mentors which have proven experience in their fields. I provide 1:1 mentoring for entrepreneurs starting and growing their businesses.

At the club I began coaching the U6 team. This is the first year of club rugby for kids.I moved along with this age group, through the minis section, into the youth section, finishing in 2024 as an U16s coach. In addition to the on pitch coaching, I also completed several RFU courses, completed several CDPs, and qualified as a level 3 first aider.

Hitachi Consulting acquired Information Management Group in 2014. As part of the larger Technology Services function, I lead the Business Analysis and Change Management practice which works with the Analytics, Digital, and Enterprise Applications practices to deliver solutions to our customers.

As part of the larger Service Delivery function, I was key in establishing this practice and capability to support other delivery areas of the business such as Business Intelligence, Enterprise Content Management, and CRM. My role has been to establish this Practice and grow it in capacity, skills, and competencies - by delivering value propositions such as Business Analysis, Business Process Review and Improvement, Business Change Management, Information Management and Business Intelligence Strategy.
