Designed From A-Surface being the input data, developed the B-Side surface, keeping in view the manufacturing feasibility Creation for Tool direction Draft analysis and checking tooling feasibility Part modeling and Surface modeling Creation of B-Side attachment features for the part, Dog houses,Snap Fits, Locaters ,Ribs ,Mounting locks,Part assemble flanges Working level Knowledge on DFM / DFA / DFMEA , Communicate with OEM client for technical discussion

• Skilled to work with Surface modeling and solid modeling-Plastic trims. • Re-mastering in Part modeling & Surface design-Parametric • Creation of parts lists and specifications for components and assemblies. • Supervision and evaluation of engineering tests. • Creating for kinematics design. • Creation and maintenance of technical documentation is also part of my field of activity. • Converting 2d models to 3D components and then to detailed drafting.

Creating styling A surface to B surface and closed Volume with new attachment feature like a Snaps, Locater, Bosses, and Ribs for mounting fature in IP. Working Knowledge in vehicle Level package study and surface analysis for OEM regulations Solid understanding of product development procedures, validation & measurement, Manufacturing process and investigation of durability, failure test for products DVP)
