In China I was responsible to build up the 'Shunji Superhub' in Beijing and to support the local team with the planning of opening a domestic network. We managed to get the hub up and running within the given timeframe and budget and moved the existing hub and depot into the new facilities without any negative impact to the service performance. Also the domestic network was opened successfully within the given framework.
