I work closely with two Senior Recruiters to develop and execute a sourcing strategy aimed at generating candidate flow for high-priority open positions. - Needs analysis, drafting and diffusion of employment offers - Sourcing (database, joboards, social networks, internet...), screening resume, telephone qualifications, onsite interviews - Follow-up of candidates, update the internal database - Focus on recruitment of accounting and financial profiles, in-house and for customers
