I'm an experienced personnel consultant and talent advisor with extensive experience across several different industries and disciplines. Currently I'm leading the EMEA team supporting the Flex Design Organization across the EMEA area. We cover industries such as Medical, Automotive, Industrial and Lifestyle consumer electronics. I enjoy enabling our business to find the best people to join our amazing teams supporting well-known global brands develop their products of tomorrow and to enable talented people find an amazing place to work, learn and develop.

Together with a team of highly-skilled Talent Acquisition experts I support the design engineering locations of Flex across the EMEA area. We’re the manufacturing partner of choice that helps a diverse customer base design and build products that improve the world. As talent advisors we partner with business leaders to provide data and analytics on talent-related topics and consult on best-practices and strategic decision-making.
Based in Vienna, Austria I support all 39 Flex locations in 18 countries across the EMEA area in identifying great talent to join Flex. I work on a wide variety of positions, but will frequently focus on Engineering, IT and Finance related roles in industries such as EMS, Medical, Automotive and Sustainable Energy Technology. And as a Talent Advisor I will prepare market analyses, talent mapping and other forms of talent-related business intelligence to hiring managers to assist in planning activities.
