Oversee safety and security for the IRC office.  Undertake regular assessments of project areas  Addressing vulnerabilities, and reducing risks for staff, ensuring safe working environment  Develop daily, weekly, and monthly security updates and progress reports to the line management.  Organize field READI & other trainings , initiate simulation trainings in given risks.  Develop documen ts as per government’s requirements for each ongoing/new project .

Overall Safety and security & Administrative management at area/field office level which includes context and risk analysis, the development and updating of security plans and SOPs, crisis management, security trainings, and briefing.

Responsible to conduct awareness and capacity building sessions on protection, human rights and humanitarian law for disaster affected local community. • Formation of protection committees in the targeted districts and train them on humanitarian protection. • Report humanitarian protection concerns and issues to the protection field manager and local authorities at thematic forums.

Conduct research on ECE/ECD in 99 schools through RCC project. • Using Epi-Data software for data entry, data cleaning and data validation. • Conduct field visits for class room observation, Child analysis, child tracking, Learning Achievement Test and fill out school profiles

Conduct field visits regularly to ensure the smooth running of ECE & D classes in selected government schools. • Conduct regular meetings with community to ensure child presence in school.
