Preparing annual budget and analyzing monthly performance for petty cash. Managing budget process of the Company and preparation of Company budget. Assist in the development of departmental and field office budget limits, including preparation of budget analysis and historic performance necessary to inform decision making Responsible for all reports requested by Corporate Finance Department in Dubai like Cash Flow report, Utilization Report, MIS reports… etc.

o Controlling of legal accounting records like Cost of Goods Sold, Fixed Assets, Payroll, Leasing and Exchange Rate Income/Expenses. o Controlling daily sales come from IT Department and preparing Weekly Sales Report o Controlling Journalization of Stores Cash transaction o Controlling Expenses per shop/HQ monthly o Preparing annual budget and analyzing monthly performance.
