• Maintaining the correct implementation of procedures to make certain product quality. Responsible from management, coordination and improvement of the quality control activities starting from incoming inspection to final control including laboratories. • Management of OEM customer claims. • Awarded by JIPM for TPM Excellence 1st Category in 2007. Management of scrap and rework kaizen teams as a TPM Quality Maintenance Committee Manager (0,143mio USD profit by 137 kaizen projects in 2007).

• Approval of production tools, semi-finished and finished products. Responsible from product test laboratory. • Management of customer claims related to export markets, product certification, external audits, calibration, SPC (Statistical Process Control) and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process). • JIPM-TPM Quality Maintenance Committee Manager; organisation of scrap and rework kaizen teams. 0,29mio USD earnings by 176 kaizen projects between 2005-2006.

• Organization and management of OEM assembly lines with 71 operators and 3 formen. • Increase the production capacity 25% by changing operation steps

• Experience in machining of brass faucet. Responsible of CNC machining center with 85 operators, 3 formen and 3 CNC programmers. • 0,245mio USD earnings from 122 focused improvement projects by reforming the machining parameters, the tool layouts and the ISO part programs. • Leadership for Focus Improvement and Autonomous Management TPM projects.

• Design of tool layout, cutting tools and gauges in reference to part drawings. • Preparation of time study for CNC machines by specifying the machining parameters (RPM, feed, cutting speed, time) • Preparing the CAM programs by GoElan V4.4 for Charmilles Robofil 230 wire-EDM machine.

• Member of the project teams during the new product development processes satisfying customer requests and quality standards. • 0,176mio USD earnings by decreasing the material cost of products without affecting quality and functions.

• Investment of stop&go model computer controlled assembly lines. • Installation of 1232 capacity full automatic warehouse system for oven cavity. • Responsible of assembly lines and warehouse system during pilot production.
